Fixing color that differs between the two eyes
Each eye has its own micro-display, and no two panels are identical. A visible difference makes the picture look shimmery and can be tiring.
Confirm it's the glasses
Show full-screen white or mid-grey and alternate closing each eye. Turn away from lamps or windows; reflections can fake a tint.
Match step by step
- Brightness first, on mid-grey.
- Warmth (red/blue) on white.
- Tint (green/magenta).
- Check on a photo with skin tones.
Complete VR Studio's per-eye color does this PC-side. Windows color tools apply to both eyes at once and can't fix one.
